It’s been an interesting month so far. With schools being shut down for the year. Now I’ll spending my time being the teacher, while communicating with both Jax and Lilly’s teachers to make sure that their “distant learning” plans are going correctly. On top of that, making sure my financial situation is on it’s game.

There is a lot of other things going on. But I don’t think as of right now I am able to write a or share with any of you. Believe me! I want to write about it. Get it off my chest, so to speak. In a large way, this is the main reason as to why I haven’t been on here much. Most if not all of my focus has been on this events and making sure my family is happy and safe.

Hopefully soon I can write about it. I might have to ask some questions as what I can and can’t say on here or social media for that matter. Another big factor is a change in jobs, last year I was promoted to Sous Chef. That in itself is rather time consuming and yet rewarding(with a dash of heart break, stress and overabundance of WTF moments). So with that being said, might see a shift on this blog. As far as content goes 🙂
